We’ll tell you and walk away. Operating in breach of council restrictions is not something we’ll do for you. There are alternative strategies (mid-term lets, traditional letting via a partner) we can introduce you to.

Yes. Roughly 15% of our landlord base is overseas. We add a video call to the discovery process and set up monthly video reviews on top of standard reporting.
